For me, buildings and structures made of limestone look most beautiful in the area of Jura Krakowsko-Częstochowska (Poland). Medieval strongholds, watchtowers and castles, churches and chapels, settlements with residential buildings and economic buildings, industrial facilities, buildings of workers' settlements, defensive walls, fences, retaining walls and other numerous examples of interesting architecture. Bricks and wood complement stone walls creating interesting architectural compositions.
